HSE Safety Standards

The operating standards that turn our safety charter into day-to-day field practice.

01 Risk Management

Every activity starts with a documented risk assessment. Hazards are identified, controls are defined and residual risk is reviewed before work begins.

  • Job safety analysis (JSA) and pre-job safety meetings for all field operations
  • Permit-to-work system for hot work, confined space, work at height and lifting operations
  • Management of change for any alteration to equipment, procedures or personnel

02 Drilling & Well Services

  • Well-control competence and certification for drilling crews
  • Rig and equipment inspections before mobilization and at defined intervals
  • Pressure testing and integrity verification of surface equipment and flowlines

03 Personal Protective Equipment

Appropriate PPE is mandatory on all sites: hard hat, safety glasses, protective clothing, gloves and safety footwear, plus task-specific equipment such as fall protection or gas detectors.

04 Emergency Preparedness

  • Site-specific emergency response plans, with clear roles and muster points
  • Regular drills covering fire, well-control events, spills and medical emergencies
  • Access to first aid and evacuation arrangements at every location

05 Incident Reporting & Investigation

All incidents and near misses must be reported immediately. We investigate root causes, assign corrective actions and share lessons learned across the organization.

06 Contractors & Suppliers

Contractors and suppliers are held to the same standards as our own staff. HSE performance is considered when selecting, onboarding and reviewing third parties.
